A special note about damage claims ... These items are warranted by Cricut and not by me. If there are flaws in you mugs, or the handles break off, please contact them for replacements. If there is any breakage due to the shipping, you must notify me immediately upon receipt and let me know so I can put in a claim with UPS or other carrier. Save all packaging and take pictures of the damages to the shipping cartons and the items so we can initiate a claim. Thank you!
